About Mahmoud Shukair
Mahmoud Shukair is a Palestinian writer. He was born in Jabal al-Mukabbar in Jerusalem and studied philosophy and sociology at Damascus University. He was jailed twice by the Israeli authorities, and was deported to Lebanon in 1975.
