Mahmoud Abbas Life story
Mahmoud Abbas, also known by the kunya Abu Mazen, is the president of the State of Palestine and the Palestinian National Authority. He has been the chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization since 11 November 2004, PNA president since 15 January 2005, and State of Palestine president since 8 May 2005.

Israel carries out air strike on West Bank city Jenin
Israel carried out an Air Strike in Jenin in the northern West Bank early on Sunday, saying Hamas was using a mosque as a " terrorist compound".
Palestinian Authority officials said Two People died when the Al-Ansar mosque was hit.
Although the Israeli military regularly raids targets in the West Bank , it rarely uses air strikes there like it does against Hamas-controlled Gaza.
