An English woman grabs The World Porridge Making Championship title.
Lisa Williams , of Suffolk, claimed the golden spurtle in the 26. The year of The Competition , the bridge is held in Carr every year.
The title is an award for the competitors as The Best traditional porridge using only three Ingredients - oatmeal, water and salt.
Ms Williams said: "I Am surprised and thrilled to win The World Porridge Making Championships. "
she added: "I discovered the golden spurtle in the year 2015, and immediately fell in love with The Competition . In 2016, I've done it the last six and the hunt for the dream was always there.
"I love The Competition . From the moment you step in the hall you are welcomed Like Family .
