Manjeshwar Govinda Pai, also known as Rastrakavi Govinda Pai, was a Kannada poet. He was awarded the first Rashtrakavi title by the Madras Government. Rashtrakavi M. Govinda Pai was the one who put Manjeshwara on the literary map of India.
