Luis Gallegos Life story
Luis Gallegos Chiriboga, is an Ecuadorian diplomat. He was the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador since July 2020 until March 2021, appointed by president Lenín Moreno. He was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Ecuador to the United Nations in New York.
