Luis Guillermo Bedoya de Vivanco (Lima, 6 de noviembre de 1946-Ib., 30 de noviembre de 2015) fue un abogado y político peruano. Fue Alcalde de Miraflores en 3 periodos (1984-1986, 1986-1989 y 1999-2001), Congresista Constituyente (1992-1995) y Senador de la República (1990-1992).
