About LTP-Daniel Island (Family Circle Tennis Center)
Family Circle Tennis Center is a tennis center on Daniel Island in Charleston, South Carolina. Built in 2001, the center has 17 courts, including the 10,200-seat Volvo Car Stadium. Between 2001 and 2015, it hosted the WTA Tour's Family Circle Cup, which was promoted as the Volvo Cars Open beginning in the 2016 season.
