About Longtown
Longtown is a small town in northern Cumbria, England, just south of the Anglo-Scottish border. Its sheep market was at the centre of the 2001 United Kingdom foot-and-mouth crisis. Just south of Longtown is Arthuret Church, dedicated to St Michael and All Angels.
