In August 1991 , an 11-year-old canadian wrote a short note to his future self.

Mitch Brogan have. the idea of his late grandfather, Charles - answer a list of 11 predictions and sealed in an envelope, to 1. January, 2020.

The Letter remained hidden in a book of his grandfather's office until his death in 2006, when his grandson came across it by chance.

He waited to Open It , as promised, until the day of the New Year . So, what, he be right about life in the year 2020?

The 39-year-old from London, Ontario, said he could not remember much about what he'd written in The Note . Inside the envelope was a thin, folded piece of paper and an old, ratty, Canadian 1 Dollar bill from 1954 was.

Mr Brogan is hoping The Letter is just the beginning in a series of time-capsule mystery is solved. He intends to see if he can dig what he and his cousin buried years ago his grandfather, the property, if the current owners allow it.

And he is grateful he stumbled on his letter, the books tucked under his grandfather, not Long After Charles Brogan died of complications of Parkinson's disease.
