Lien-Da

Lien-Da, is a character in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is currently the leader of the Dark Legion, having inherited the title after Dimitri's incapacitation. Lien-Da is sometimes called Kommissar.
