Lichtenberg

Sprawling Lichtenberg borough is known for the Stasi Museum, with spy equipment and archives in the former headquarters of East Germany's secret police, and the Hohenschönhausen Memorial, a former prison now open for tours. The Dong Xuan Center is a cluster of halls full of Vietnamese produce markets, clothing shops, and restaurants. Nearby is Friedrichsfelde Central Cemetery, where many socialist leaders are buried.
