In this musical, things start to implode for movie director Ken Lane (Edmund Lowe) when his volatile Swedish star walks off the set. The desperate Lane stumbles upon Jean Kendall (Ann Sothern) in a carnival and passes her off as a Swedish actress named Sigrid.
