Leopold Layer Life story
Leopold Layer is known as one of the most prominent painters working in Slovenia at the turn of the 18th century. He was born on the 20th of November 1752 into a famous family of painters. The original Layer home was at Pungart no. 6, but later the family moved into Town no. 52 and 84 where they had their workshop.
