Leonard T. Gerow Life story
Leonard Townsend Gerow was a general in the United States Army who served with distinction in both World War I and World War II. A 1911 graduate the Virginia Military Institute, Gerow served with the United States occupation of Veracruz and on the Signal Corps staff on the Western Front during World War I.
