About Lena Brundin
Lena Brundin, MD, PhD, studied medicine at Lund University, Sweden beginning in 1993. In 1997, she entered a PhD program in neurobiology, studying the immune responses toward intracerebral transplants in rodent models of Parkinson's disease.
