Lavinia Swire Life story
Lavinia Catherine Swire (1895 - April, 1919) was introduced in Series 2 as Matthew Crawley's fiancée. Lavinia was the only child of a London solicitor, Reginald "Reggie" Swire. She died in April 1919 at Downton Abbey of Spanish flu.
