Coronavirus: Captain Tom Moore raises more than £9m for NHS
A 99-year-old army veteran, has raised More Than £9m for the NHS, said the fundraising was "completely out of This World ".
Tom Moore aimed to Raise £1000 by completing 100 rounds from his Bedfordshire garden from Thursday.
"Every penny that we get, they [the NHS] to earn any of it," He Said , as the sum of the £5m mark will be exceeded.
Meanwhile, a school girl has launched a campaign for kids to cards for his 100th Birthday on 30 April.
Reegan Davies, eight, from Port Talbot , Wales, has set itself the target of making 1,500 of virtual cards.

Mr. Moore began to thank the procurement of funds, the "wonderful" NHS employees, which has helped him with treatment for cancer and a broken hip.
