Lam Jones Life story
John Wesley "Lam" Jones was an American sprinter and professional football player. He won a gold medal in the 4x100 meter relay at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. He was also a wide receiver in the National Football League for the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys.
