About Lakshmi Barrage
The Lakshmi Barrage, also known as the Medigadda Barrage is the starting point of the proposed Kaleshwaram Project which envisages construction of three barrages between Yellampally & Medigadda. Its objective is to utilize Godavari water for drinking and irrigation.
