Lady Mary Leslie Life story
Biography. Lady Mary Leslie was born in 1620. She was the daughter of John Leslie, 6th Earl of Rothes and Lady Anne Erskine. A contract for the marriage of Lady Mary Leslie and Hugh Montgomerie, 7th Earl of Eglinton was signed on 24 December 1635. From 24 December 1635, her married name became Montgomerie.
