La Paz, in Bolivia, is the highest administrative capital in the world, resting on the Andes' Altiplano plateau at more than 3,500m above sea level. It stretches to El Alto city in the highlands, with snow-capped, 6,438m-high Mt. Illimani as its backdrop. Bolivia has announced that it is in Mexico , the Ambassador and two Spanish diplomats, after a tense incident in The Mexican diplomat's residence on Friday with expelling.

Spain has since reciprocated the movement, while Mexico claimed that they have already their Ambassador , because of concerns about their safety.

What caused this sudden collapse of relations?
