Kwame Essien

Kwame Essien is an Associate Professor of History and Africana Studies. He received his BA in History at The University of North Carolina, Greensboro; his MA in African Studies at The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign; and his PhD in African and Africa Diaspora History at the University of Texas, Austin.
