Kuzma Kiselyov Life story
Kuzma Venediktovich Kiselyov was a Byelorussian diplomat, statesman, and politician. From 15 March 1946 to 14 May 1966, he served as the first Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic.
