Kurt Caldwell aka The Runaway Killer is the Main Antagonist of the Showtime special event series Dexter: New Blood. The father of Matt Caldwell, Kurt was a prolific serial killer of runaway teenage girls, who lived a double life as the unofficial mayor of the small town of Iron Lake in upstate New York for 25 years.
