Köttsoppa

Köttsoppa is a clear meat and root vegetable soup eaten in Sweden. The meat, and the bones supplying the broth, is beef, frequently chuck, or sometimes pork, reindeer or moose. Root vegetables commonly used include carrot, potato, celeriac, parsnip, turnip and swede.
