Kosti's Two Johns

Kosti's Two Johns is Richard Kostelanetz's homage to two of his contemporaries, surnamed Bennett and Colombo, who, since they've both produced a huge number of books, have their titles reproduced in a combined alphabetical order, in sum making a book unlike any other in historic literature or contemporary book art.
