Kong Fansen Life story
Kong Fansen (1944-1994) spent two periods working in Tibet; from 1979 to 1981 and from 1988 to 1994. During his time there Kong made major contributions to the reconstruction and development of Tibet and formed close ties with the Tibetan people. In November 1994 he was killed in a traffic accident.1944-1994
