Khoy Thoun Life story
Khoy Thoun was a Cambodian politician, intellectual and a member of the Central Committee of Khmer Rouge. He was minister responsible for economy of Democratic Kampuchea. He was arrested at the S-21 security camp and later executed in 1977.
