Khalida Toumi Life story
Khalida Toumi, aka Khalida Messaoudi, is an Algerian politician. She was the Minister of Communication and Culture until April 2014. She is also a feminist activist. In 2022, she was convicted of corruption and sentenced to six years in prison.
