Kevin P. Clark

Kevin P. Clark has been a director since March 2015. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aptiv (formerly Delphi Automotive). In 2014, Mr. Clark was appointed Chief Operating Officer responsible for Aptiv's business divisions, as well as the Global Supply Management function.
