Kathleen A. Marchione is an American politician. A Republican, Marchione was a Halfmoon Town Clerk and a Halfmoon Town Supervisor before serving as Saratoga County Clerk from 1997 through 2013. In 2012, Marchione was elected to the New York State Senate in District 43; she held that position until 2018.
