Karl McCartney Life story
Karl Ian McCartney is the Conservative Member of Parliament for Lincoln. He was first elected at the 2010 general election and represented the constituency until he was defeated by Labour's Karen Lee at the 2017 general election. He was re-elected at the 2019 general election.
