Karl Erik Rosengren Life story
Karl Erik Rosengren was one of the leading pioneers of Swedish mass media research. Starting his academic career in literary science, he soon went over to sociology, where his doctoral thesis 'Sociological Aspects of the Literary System' (1968) became both widely praised and criticized.
