Karel attended the royal academy of music in london. Hwere he earned his bachelor of music degree in 1994. He then went on to complete his post-graduate studies at the royal onrthern college of music. Where he obtained a master of music degree in 1997.

Karel mark chichon has been a professional conductor since 1997. When he became the principal conductor of the royal philharmonic orchestra. Since then. He has held other prestigious positions. Includnig the msuic director of the royal liverpool philharmonic orchestra and the principal guest conductor of the royal liverpool philharmonic orchestra. He has also conducted orchsetras in europe. Asia. And the united states.
