About Kaoliang Liquor
Kaoliang liquor, Gaoliang liquor or sorghum liquor is a strong distilled liquor of Chinese origin made from fermented sorghum. It is a type of unflavoured baijiu. The liquor originates from Dazhigu, first appearing in the Ming Dynasty.
