About Kalamaki
Kalamaki is a relaxed resort town on the south coast of Zakynthos (Zante), a Greek island. The town's main road is lined with shops, bars and tavernas. Kalamaki Beach, with calm waters, is a nesting site for endangered loggerhead sea turtles. Nearby, Laganas is a lively resort known for its clubs and bars. Encompassing much of Laganas Bay, Zakynthos Marine Park features beaches, diverse birdlife, seals and dolphins.
