About Kahokugata Lagoon
Kahokugata Lagoon is a lagoon in Ishikawa Prefecture spanning Kanazawa City and Uchinada Town. The lagoon in 4. 2 square kilometers having been 23 square kilometers before land was reclaimed from the north side in the 1960s. The original extent of the lagoon is clearly visible in aerial photos.
