Justino Arriaga Rojas Life story
Justino Eugenio Arriaga Rojas is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. He was the mayor of his hometown of Salamanca, Guanajuato from 2012 to 2015. From 2009 to 2012, he served as deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Guanajuato.
