Jurij Toplak Life story
Jurij Toplak is a constitutional scholar, university administrator, election law, and human rights expert. He is a recurring visiting professor at the Fordham University School of Law in New York. From 2016 to 2022 he served as the provost of the Alma Mater Europaea university.
