Junrey Balawing is a Filipino and record holder at the Guinness World Records. Balawing is the world's shortest man alive measuring at 60. 00 centimetres tall. The declaration came during Balawing's 18th birthday celebration.

The World 's shortest man who was able to run, as verified by Guinness World Records (GWR), died in a hospital in Nepal at the age of 27 years.
Khagendra Thapa Magar from Nepal, Baglung district, measured 67. 08cm (2ft 2. 41in).
His brother told AFP news Agency, he died on Friday after a battle with pneumonia.
GWR paid tribute to Mr Magar, says that he "let His small size get him to stop, The Most out of life".
Mr Magar has taken part in a ceremony, the carriers of local and international dignitaries.
"I don't consider myself a small man. I'm a Big Man . I hope that with this title it gives me the chance to prove it and get a proper house for me and My Family ," he said at the time.

"His bright smile was so contagious, that he melted the heart of everyone who met him," he said.
