Juliusz Rómmel Life story
Juliusz Karol Wilhelm Józef Rómmel was a Polish military commander, a general of the Polish Armed Forces. He graduated from the Corps of Cadets in Pskov and later from Кonstantin Artillery School at St. Petersburg.
