Juho Niukkanen Life story
Juho Niukkanen was a Finnish politician prior to, during, and after the Winter War. He was a member of parliament from 1916 to 1933 and again from 1936 to 1954, and represented the Agrarian Party. He served as a minister in many cabinets.
