José Luis Lacunza Maestrojuán, O.A.R., is a Spanish-born Panamanian friar of the Order of Augustinian Recollects and prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He has served as Bishop of David, since 1999. On 4 January 2015, Pope Francis announced that he would make him a cardinal on 14 February.
