Jorge Herrera Delgado Life story
Jorge Herrera Delgado was a Mexican politician. A graduate in industrial engineering from the Durango Institute of Technology, he was a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He founded the radio station XHITD-FM Estéreo Tecnológico in Durango.
