Jōji Shimura Life story
Jōji Shimura (志村 錠児; born May 2nd, 1967; age 56) is a Japanese anime director who directed Tamagotchi: The Movie, its sequel, the anime, and the short film Eiga Tamagotchi: Himitsu no Otodoke Dai Sakusen! Prior to adapting Tamagotchi, Shimura directed Blade of the Phantom Master and The Animal Crossing Movie.
