John Q. Cannon Life story
John Quayle Cannon was an editor-in-chief of the Deseret News in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a general authority of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also served as a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army during the Spanish–American War.
