Johan Dimitri Taikon Life story
Johan Dimitri Taikon (Miloš) was the first Roma activist in Sweden. He arrived as a child in Sweden in 1906. He wrote to the king, to the government and church leaders, demanding housing and schools for all Swedish Roma still living in tents and caravans at that time.
