Joe P. Cox Life story
Joe Cox (portrayed by Jesse Goins) is a loud-mouthed, arrogant and overall despicable excuse for a human being. As a member of Clarence Boddicker's gang in Robocop, he takes a sadistic pleasure from the wanton death and destruction he and his fellow criminals inflict upon Detroit and its citizens.
