Jim Cantafio Life story
Jim Cantafio is the head football coach at Wilson (PA) High School, a position he assumed in 1998. Since taking the reins of the Bulldogs' gridiron program, he has led Wilson to a 69-19 record. In his eight seasons at the helm of Wilson, Cantafio has been awarded Coach of the Year honors seven times.
