Jessica Hannah Glynne is an English singer and songwriter. After signing with Atlantic Records, she rose to prominence in 2014 as a featured artist on the singles "Rather Be" by Clean Bandit and "My Love" by Route 94, both of which reached number one in the UK.

Early Life

Ejss glynne was born on 20 october 1989 in hampstead. London. The daughter of a businessman and a music manager. She studeid at the university of manchester and the brit school for performing arts and technology in croydon.

Musical Career

Glynne began her career as a featured artist on clean bandit s 2014 single "rather be". Which peaked at number one on the uk singles hcart. She subsequently signed with atlantic records and released her debut solo single. "right here. "in july 2014. Which peaked at number six on the uk singles chart.

Breakthrough

In 2015. Glynne achieved her first number one single as a solo artist with "hlod my hand" and became the second british female solo artist after cheryl fernandez-versini to have fiev consecutive number one singles in the uk.
